Our Culture – Getting It Done. Together
At Foxtons, our strength lies in our people. We bring together employees from a wide range of backgrounds, skills, and cultures. It’s this variety of perspectives and experiences that drives innovation, collaboration, and success.
Our Getting It Done. Together. (GIDT) Framework sets out the mutual expectations we share and highlights the important part each of us plays in building a workplace that is respectful, rewarding, and inspiring. It’s a guide for how we work together - ensuring that our environment remains one where everyone feels valued, motivated, and empowered to contribute their best. Our full GIDT Framework, including our Code of Conduct, our values, and our speak up policies, can be seen here.
We believe in a workplace built on honesty, respect, and fairness. Everyone has a part to play in maintaining an inclusive, professional, and supportive environment where individuals can thrive.
Together, we’re continuing to build a culture of integrity, inclusion, and respect - where collaboration and shared purpose help us Get It Done. Together.

Our Values
Learning and Development at Foxtons
At Foxtons, we’re committed to giving our people the best learning experiences and development opportunities that empower them to grow, thrive, and build long, successful careers with us.
The journey at Foxtons begins with our induction week; a dynamic and immersive experience designed to set our employees up for success. It’s fast-paced, inspiring, and packed with opportunities to learn the Foxtons way, giving our people the confidence and knowledge to hit the ground running.
Learning is a continuous journey, not a one-time event. That’s why we invest heavily in development, because we believe in promoting from within and creating a strong pipeline of future leaders. Our blended approach combines interactive workshops with digital learning.
Our commitment to an inclusive, respectful workplace is strong. we’ve evolved EDI into an ongoing learning journey, which includes working with external experts to help further embed a safe and supportive working environment, and our development programmes now bringing together all elements of our people strategy and reinforcing Foxtons’ values and expectations for a progressive, professional environment. The programme covers key topics such as psychological safety, protected characteristics, equity vs equality, inclusion, preventing harassment (including sexual harassment), conscious and unconscious bias, personal brand, allyship, emotional intelligence, and neurodiversity.
Aligned with our core values and the new Getting It Done. Together. Framework, these modules ensure inclusion is embedded in our culture rather than treated as a standalone concept. We are equipping colleagues with the knowledge and confidence to help build a respectful, rewarding, and inspiring workplace.
Speaking up
At Foxtons, we believe everyone should feel empowered to speak up. We encourage team members to report any suspected wrongdoing or unacceptable behaviour, and we make sure our whistleblowing and speak-up policies are communicated regularly. Employees can raise concerns confidentially at any time through our independent whistleblowing hotline, ensuring a safe and trusted process.
Our whistleblowing policy is reviewed regularly to meet the highest ethical standards and legal requirements, reinforcing our commitment to transparency and integrity. Further information on our speak up policies can be found on page 8 of our Getting It Done. Together. Framework.
Listening to our people
Our committees are dedicated groups that meet regularly to support a positive and inclusive culture within the company:
Employee Engagement Committee (‘EEC’) - Our EEC brings together passionate team members from across the business to champion initiatives that celebrate success and ensure every voice is heard. Acting as a bridge between employees and leadership, the EEC ensures key business decisions are explained clearly and that feedback flows both ways. Each meeting is attended by a Non-Executive Director.
Wellbeing Committee - The Wellbeing Committee focuses on enhancing the overall employee experience and the benefits available to employees.
EDI Committee – The aim of the EDI committee is to facilitate our business purpose of getting the right deal done, and the execution of our mission: to be London’s go to estate agent. Our EDI Committee, made up of employees and chaired by a member of senior management, reinforces Foxtons’ commitment to fostering a diverse, inclusive and respectful workplace.
At Foxtons, we undertake an annual employee engagement survey, conducted by an independent provider, to ensure voices are heard across all levels of the company. In December 2024, the survey received a 77% response rate. Some of the headline data points are below:
Equity, Diversity and Inclusion
We are an equal opportunity employer that is committed to equity, diversity and inclusion. We believe in the value of difference, and we know that cultivating an inclusive culture helps us to benefit from those differences. Our vision is to create a vibrant place to work where differences are recognised as a strength and where talented people can flourish and achieve their full potential.
From cultural celebrations like Lunar New Year, Ramadan, Easter, Vaisakhi, Passover, Diwali and Pride, to awareness initiatives such as International Women’s Day and Black History Month, we ensure every voice and identity is valued.
We lead a Next Gen Career Development Programme to support future leaders from underrepresented groups and provide all employees onboarding and ongoing modules centred on inclusivity.
Our National Inclusion Week campaigns spotlight key themes like allyship, psychological safety, and our employee networks, while quarterly newsletters keep everyone informed and engaged. These communications are more than updates - they’re part of our commitment to creating an inclusive, supportive environment where everyone can thrive.
As a business, we’ve spent time working with external experts to help us further explore our strengths and weaknesses, so that we can improve where needed and harness the best parts.
