Founded in 1981, Foxtons started as a two-person estate agency in Notting Hill and has established itself as the UK's most iconic estate agency brand.
Today the Group provides a range of residential property services through our Lettings, Sales and Financial Services businesses, operating from a network of branches across London and its commuter belt, and Birmingham.
Lettings, which contributes two thirds of total revenue, is the largest part of the Group, delivering non-cyclical and recurring revenues from a portfolio of over 32,000 tenancies.
